FB drives me crazy. Every day more and more ‘sponsered’ stories keep popping up on my feed. When I go to see if I can block the page, there seems to be no option. If anyone knows how to please let me know.
There are TONS of things I see on FB every day that are flat out lies. Completely untrue. And they spread like wildfire. Today I happened to go to a page because a sponsored ad popped up. It looked like this
I saw Dr.Oz on it and wanted to watch the video. After all I AM trying to lose weight right? So I was taken to this website http://smart-consumer-lifestyle.phndx.com/diet/how-to-lose-27-lbs-of-stomach-fat-in-just-1-month/ and watched the video of Dr.Oz.
I saw Jennifer Miller’s results from Coffee Pure Cleanse pictured here

Then I saw Helen Hasman’s results from doing a test with the Pure Coffee Cleanse that she links to and you can buy. She also links to the colon cleanse she tried.
Intrigued I did some googling of my own to see if this green coffee thing was real. Several websites confirmed that yes in fact it can be beneficial to take the extract, but warned that there are many companies selling it as if it’s pure, but in testing it was full of fillers. Also that there were companies out there using paid commenters. A little more wary now I googled Helen Hasman diet. I was a little shocked to see her name come up in more than a few studies. Also that she apparently lost a bunch of weight on each one. Considering the fact she doesn’t look like she has a pound to spare.
Then I went into further reading the articles.
This is from a raspberry ketone extract diet www.consumersinn.com/en/
And look at her results… wow almost word for word.
Then check out what the others are saying about this diet
This time Jenna’s from Detroit and Kristy is from San Fransisco, and the diet is different, but the rest is the EXACT same!
Then I found another Green coffee bean study. This time with a different product. It is here http://www.womenshealth-daily.com/index2g.php
This one is for Pure Green coffee beans.
Look at the other comments….
Again a Jenna from Detroit… looking completely different. And look – there’s Kristy from San Francisco AGAIN!!! Same picture, just different comments!
Also looks like Helen had EXACTLY the same results again!! Same words just different product thrown in. Check them out on the link provided. I didn’t screen shot it because you had to click and open all the results. Also features another Dr.Oz video making it seem more reliable.
So a little more digging and BAM found another magical pill Helen Hasman is endorsing. This time it’s for Miracle Garcinia Cambogia. You can find it herehttp://womenshealthweekly.org/cambogiafb.php
Surprise another Dr.Oz video.
And look at the surprise comments
Same girls. Same words. Just different products.
And Helen Hasman tried this diet out too!! Shockingly with the exact same results as the others!
She must have really been a horrible sleeper before ALL of these tests!!!
Then I found another one – this time pure choice green coffee. You can find it herehttp://www.womenstrends.net/bikini/body.php?sub=ready
There also another Jennifer Miller on this page! With the exact same quote on ‘her’ blog!
And check out the comments
Her results are also the same song and dance. She did this one too apparently for her wedding…..
Then the last one I’m putting up. I’m sure there are more. But you all are getting my drift by now I’m sure…… This one is for the nutrilean green coffee bean. Same spiel. She did this test because guess what?? She’s getting married! Either she has married and divorced and gained weight rapidly in succession… or I call BS.
You can find it here http://www.fitwomenlifestyle.com/gc/
And oh look…. another Jennifer Miller (this time from Atlanta) participated!
And check out what the others are saying here!
Now Jenna is from Vegas and Kristy is from Boston!
Her results… wow. She’s lost a TON of weight throughout all these tests.
This is just getting sickening. I mean who are ‘women’s health’ and ‘consumer lifestyles’ REALLY? Who is Helen Hasman? What credibility is there here? And why do they get to put BBC, CNN, MSNBC, CBC news and ABC at the top of their reports??? Anyone looking can clearly see these tests are far from truthful. Check out the comments on all the reports – they are all almost identical!!! It is ridiculous! Is no one trying to protect consumers?? Clearly these are all written up to look scientific, to look endoresed by news stations, by Dr.Oz, by celebs they have plastered on their pages as well!!
So now…. let’s share THIS all over FB. Let’s get this out there. It’s about time we stood up for the truth. And these ads…. they are FAR from that.
